There are a number of different colours and styles of roof tiles or slates to choose from when replacing on your roof. The process of renewing your roof will probably involve leadwork to enhance the appearance of your new roof and ensure it is water-tight.

We are approved contractors of Redland Roof Tiles, Eternit Slate and Marley Tiles.

FLAT ROOFS

We can replace and/or repair all flat roofs which will probably involve new felting. Perhaps the flat roof you have leaks or is beginning to break up, then now is the time to call in the experts and let us replace the old with the new.

ROOF REPAIRS

If you think you may have a broken or missing tile or slate on your roof or even a ridge tile or two, (or three) missing, we will ensure that it is repaired or replaced swiftly, matching the colour and style the best we can. Even the smallest repair will be carried out with the minimum of disruption.

CHIMNEY DEMOLITION

We take chimneys down, brick by brick. Any chimney size can be demolished or taken down whether it is large or small, if it is no longer required or becaused it is no longer used. This can either be carried out before or at the same time as the roof is replaced. Even if re-roofing is not required, a chimney can still be taken down, using the safest possible method, to just under the roof line or even down through the entire house to ground level.

GUTTERING, FASCIAS AND SOFFITS

All types of guttering and down-pipes can be replaced, perhaps because they are old, broken and leaking. The new guttering will make your property look clean and fresh and will be maintenance free, no more painting.

Fascias and soffits, which are directly under the roof line, if they have never been replaced will be made of wood, usually have paint peeling off and look unsightly can be replaced with plastic upvc, this ensures they never have to be painted and are virtually maintenance free. This will also enhance the outside of your property.

Because we already have use of the correct safety equipment, ladders and scaffolding, all of these items can be replaced quickly and efficiently.

UPVC DOUBLE GLAZING

If you have poorly fitting old, drafty wndows or doors which make your home feel cold you may need to invest in double glazed windows or doors. These will be made from UPVC and you will never need to paint again. All types and sizes of windows, front or back doors together with patio doors can be supplied and fitted, including composite doors and bi-fold doors. Just call for a free quote.

CONSERVATORIES

To give you that extra bit of room, perhaps adding a conservatory to the front, back or side of your property will add value to your home. All types and sizes of conservatories can be supplied and fitted. These can be erected quickly and efficiently, this can be either a small or large conservatory, with many different designs to choose from. SMALL BUILDING WORK

Any small building work that may be required on your property can be carried out by W.E. Cox and Sons Ltd. This could be brickwork for a new patio or conservatory, an extension to your house or internal brickwork in your house that may need repairing or altering.
